Bonus program rules:
TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

2. System – information technology equipment and a set of user interfaces, on the basis of which the Operator has implemented the Bonus Program
3. “Participant ID” – the mobile phone number of the Program participant.
4. “Bonus” (point, bonus, bonus point) – calculated bonus units credited to the personal account of the participant in accordance with these Rules. Points are not cash-based and do not qualify for cash. The program operator credits the Participant with BONUSES, which he can exchange for goods. Discount for further purchase of suspension systems. The list of goods and the amount of the discount will be posted on the website in a special section. And it will be updated.
5. “Bonus account of the participant” (Bonus account) – a set of credentials and information data in the system database about the number of accrued / debited Points and the current balance.
GENERAL PROVISIONS OF THE BONUS PROGRAM
1. The Program participant is given the opportunity to:
Accumulate bonuses with every purchase of Nearbirds harness;
Accumulate bonuses for posting videos or photographs with NearBirds products, as well as posts with reports or reviews about NearBirds equipment in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, specialized sites and publications) with the @NearBirds #NearBirds mark;
Accumulate bonuses by completing surveys and tests
To receive the opportunity to redeem bonus points for NearBirds products, relevant offers will be sent to your account.
Get the opportunity to exchange bonus points for a discount when purchasing NearBirds harnesses
Receive information about news and special offers of the Program Operator.
2. Any final buyer of Nearbirds products (individual) over 14 years old can become a participant of the Bonus Program.
3. A dealer / wholesale buyer / reseller of Nearbirds products cannot become a Participant of the Bonus Program.
4. To participate in the Program, you must register as a participant in the Program. This requires:
– express a desire to participate in the Program;
– complete the registration procedure for a new Program participant: follow the link / scan the QR code indicated on the Nearbirds products, indicate the verification code sent by the system to the mobile phone number indicated during registration in the Program, indicate personal data – name: surname, e-mail, indicate the level pilot according to the international classification;
– press the “join” button posted on the online resource;
– each registered participant of the Program, having become a participant of the Program, by default, accepted the terms of the Program and these Rules, and also agreed to the processing of personal data and to receive advertising information through the available communication channels.
5. After registration in the Program, the participant is assigned an account in the system with an individual number.
6. The date and time of the beginning of participation in the Program is the date and time of the creation of an individual account in the system after the registration of a participant in the Program.
7. To access the personal bonus account of the participant, open the Nearbirds chat in Telegram, Viber and click on the Balance button.
8. In case of violation by the participant of the rules of the Program, the Operator reserves the right to refuse him to participate in the Program.
PARTICIPANT ID
1. The mobile phone number confirmed during registration in the Program is used as a sufficient identifier of the Program participant.
2. In case of loss, replacement or damage to the Program Participant ID, you must:
– independently write to the Program Support Service at near_birds @ ukr.net and confirm the changes by entering a verification SMS code, which the system will send to the new mobile phone number; The support service will answer you within 120 hours.
Accumulated bonuses, promotion level and purchase history of the member are saved.
PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING BONUSES
1. Bonuses are credited to the account after payment for the purchase of Nearbirds products, posting, photo or video material, taking a survey, test within 10 days and become available for use.
2. The basis for calculating the amount of bonus incentives is:
purchase of new NearBirds equipment (item no.);
link to report or feedback;
sending photo-video material or a link to them in social networks. with tagging NearBirds

4. The size of the Program participant’s bonus when posting photographs on social networks, indicating NearBirds – 10 bonuses
5. The size of the Program participant’s bonus when posting video material on social networks, indicating NearBirds – 20 bonuses
6. The size of the Program participant’s bonus when posting a report or review on social networks, indicating NearBirds – 20 bonuses
7. The size of the Program participant’s bonus when passing a survey or test – 10 bonuses
8. The size of the bonus (percentage of bonuses accrued) is changed by the bonus program the next day after the purchase.
9. Bonuses are credited to the member’s card from the moment the purchase is identified. Directly or through a dealer. After he sends the serial number of the suspension.
10. Bonuses expire every 24 months.
COMMUNICATIONS
1. The Program provides for communication channels with the Participants through:

3. By default, the Program Rules do not provide for restrictions on communication with participants. By accepting these rules of the Program, the participant confirms the possibility and gives permission to carry out these communications with him, through the communication channels available in the system. To disable advertising and operational notifications, the participant must:
contact the Program Operator through the feedback form posted in Telegram, Viber chat of the Program participant to make changes to the system.
4. The name of the sender of communications in the Program uses the following name: Nearbirds – Program Operator
OTHER CONDITIONS
1. The operator of the Bonus Program reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of the Program at any time without prior notice.
2. The operator of the Bonus Program reserves the right to terminate the operation of the Program with prior notification of the participant one month before the planned date of termination of the Program, through the communication channels available with a specific participant. In this case, the accumulated bonuses can be used during their validity period.
3. Wrongly or erroneously accrued bonuses are considered invalid and will be canceled.
4. The Program Operator reserves the right to keep records of the Program participant’s bonuses with a minus sign (negative balance) if the goods are returned and there are not enough bonuses on the personal account to write off previously accrued bonuses for the purchase of this product.
5. In the event of a disputable situation related to incorrect or erroneous accrual and write-off arising for technical reasons, the participant must:
contact the Program Operator through the feedback form posted in the Telegram, Viber chat of the Program participant or on the Operator’s website;
6. The operator of the Bonus Program is not responsible for the participant’s ignorance of the Rules of this Program.
7. The program is valid for an indefinite period.

Правила бонусной программы:
ТЕРМИНЫ И ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЯ
1. ОПЕРАТОР ПРОГРАММЫ – Владелец и Оператор Бонусной программы компания Nearbirds (Далее – «Оператор» и «Программа»). Программа реализовывается по всему Миру, в странах в которых продаётся снаряжение NearBirds.
2. Система – информационно-технологическое оборудование и совокупность пользовательских интерфейсов, на базе которых Оператор реализовал Бонусную Программу
3. «Идентификатор участника» – номер мобильного телефона участника Программы.
4. «Бонус» (балл, бонус, бонусный балл) – расчетные бонусные единицы, зачисляемые на личный счет участника в соответствии с Настоящими Правилами. Баллы не имеют наличного выражения, и не предоставляют право на получение их в денежном эквиваленте. Оператор программы начисляет Участнику БОНУСЫ, которые он сможет обменять на товары. Скидка при дальнейшем приобретении подвесных систем. Список товаров и размер скидки будет размещен на сайте в специальном разделе. И будет обновляться.
5. «Бонусный счет участника» (Бонусный счет) – совокупность учетных и информационных данных в базе данных системы о количестве начисленных/списанных Баллов и текущем балансе.
ОБЩИЕ ПОЛОЖЕНИЯ БОНУСНОЙ ПРОГРАММЫ
1. Участнику Программы предоставляется возможность:
Накапливать бонусы при каждой покупке подвесных систем Nearbirds;
Накапливать бонусы за размещения видео или фотоматериал с продукцией NearBirds, а также посты с отчетами или отзывами про снаряжение NearBirds в соцсетях ( Фейсбук, Инстаграмм, специализированные сайты и издания) с отметкой @NearBirds #NearBirds;
Накапливать бонусы при прохождении опросов и тестов
Получать возможность обменивать бонусные баллы на продукцию NearBirds, актуальные предложения будут приходить в вашу учётную запись.
Получать возможность обменивать бонусные баллы на скидку при приобретении подвесных систем NearBirds
Получать информацию о новостях и специальных предложениях Оператора Программы.
2. Участником Бонусной Программы может стать любой конечный покупатель продукции Nearbirds (физическое лицо) старше 14 лет.
3. Участником Бонусной Программы не может стать дилер/оптовый покупатель/reseller продукции Nearbirds.
4. Для участия в Программе необходимо зарегистрироваться в качестве участника Программы. Для этого необходимо:
изъявить желание участвовать в Программе;
пройти процедуру регистрации нового участника Программы: пройти по ссылке /отсканировать QR код, указанный на продукции Nearbirds, указать код верификации, отправленный системой на указанный при регистрации в Программе номер мобильного телефона, указать персональные данные – имя: фамилию, e-mail, указать уровень пилота по международной классификации;
нажать кнопку «join» размещенную на online-ресурсе;
каждый зарегистрированный участник Программы, став участником Программы, по умолчанию, принял условия Программы и Настоящие Правила, а также дал согласие на обработку персональных данных и получение рекламной информации по имеющимся каналам коммуникации.
5. После регистрации в Программе участнику присваивается учетная запись в системе с индивидуальным номером.
6. Датой и временем начала участия в Программе является дата и время создания индивидуальной учетной записи в системе после прохождения процедуры регистрации участника в Программе.
7. Для доступа к личному бонусному счету участника необходимо открыть чат Nearbirds в Telegram, Viber и нажать на кнопку Balance.
8. В случае нарушения участником правил Программы, Оператор оставляет за собой право отказать ему в участии в Программе.
ИДЕНТИФИКАТОР УЧАСТНИКА
1. В качестве достаточного идентификатора участника Программы используется подтвержденный при регистрации в Программе номер мобильного телефона.
2. В случае утери, замены или повреждении идентификатора участника Программы необходимо:
– самостоятельно написать в Службу поддержки Программы по адресу near_birds@ukr.net и подтвердить изменения введением проверочного смс-кода, который система отправит на новый номер мобильного телефона; Служба поддержки ответит вам в течении 120 часов.
Накопленные бонусы, уровень поощрения и история покупок участника сохраняются.
ПОРЯДОК НАЧИСЛЕНИЯ БОНУСОВ
1. Бонусы зачисляются на счет после оплаты покупки продукции Nearbirds, размещения постов, фото или видео материала, прохождения опроса, теста в течение 10 дней и становятся доступными для использования.
2. Основанием для расчета размера бонусного поощрения является:
покупка нового снаряжения NearBirds (№ изделия);
ссылка на отчёт или отзыв;
присылание фото-видео материала или ссылка на них в соцсетях,. с размещением тега NearBirds
прохождения опроса, тестирования
3. Размер бонуса участника Программы при покупке продукции Nearbirds составляет:

7. Размер бонуса участника Программы при прохождении опроса или теста – 10 бонусов
8. Размер бонуса (процент начисления бонусов) изменяется бонусной программой на следующий день после совершения покупки.
9. Бонусы начисляются на карту участника с момента идентификации покупки. Напрямую или через дилера. После того как он присылает порядковый номер подвески.
10. Бонусы сгорают каждые 24 месяца
КОММУНИКАЦИИ
1. В рамках Программы предусмотрены каналы коммуникации с Участниками через:
телефон (звонок);
sms;
e-mail;
Telegram, Viber аккаунт участника.
2. В рамках Программы предусмотрены следующие информационные поводы для коммуникации с участниками:
Операционные
o sms-коды для верификации номера телефона и участника;
o Telegram, Viber уведомления об акциях, опросы и тестирования
o другие системные сообщения Программы
Рекламные
o уведомления об акциях и специальных предложениях;
o e-mail-уведомления об акциях и специальных предложениях;
o Telegram, Viber уведомления об акциях и специальных предложениях;
3. По умолчанию, Правилами Программы не предусмотрены ограничения на коммуникации с участниками. Принимая настоящие правила Программы, участник подтверждает возможность и дает разрешение на осуществление данных коммуникаций с ним, по имеющимся в системе каналам коммуникаций. Для отключения рекламных и операционных уведомлений участнику необходимо:
o обратиться к Оператору Программы через форму обратной связи размещенной в Telegram, Viber чате участника Программы для внесения изменений в систему.
4. В качестве имени отправителя коммуникаций в Программе используется наименование: Nearbirds – Оператор Программы
ПРОЧИЕ УСЛОВИЯ
1. Оператор Бонусной Программы оставляет за собой право изменить настоящие Правила и условия Программы в любое время без предварительного уведомления.
2. Оператор Бонусной Программы оставляет за собой право прекратить работу Программы с предварительным уведомлением участника за один месяц до планируемой даты прекращения работы Программы, через имеющиеся с конкретным участником каналы коммуникации. В этом случае накопленные бонусы, могут быть использованы в течение срока их действия.
3. Неправомерно или ошибочно начисленные бонусы считаются недействительными и будут аннулированы.
4. Оператор Программы оставляет за собой право вести учет бонусов участника Программы со знаком минус (отрицательный баланс), в случае если произошел возврат товара и на личном счете недостаточно бонусов для осуществления списания ранее начисленных бонусов за покупку данного товара.
5. В случае возникновения спорных ситуаций, связанных с некорректным или ошибочным начислением и списанием, возникшими по техническим причинам, участнику необходимо:
o обратиться к Оператору Программы через форму обратной связи размещенной в Telegram, Viber чате участника Программы или на веб-сайте Оператора;
6. Оператор Бонусной Программы не несет ответственности за незнание участником Правил данной Программы.
7. Срок действия программы – бессрочная (неопределенный срок).
